What to do if Quora is not working
- Pull down to refresh, then fully close and reopen the Quora app.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If Quora works on one but not the other, the problem is your network, not Quora.
- Try Quora in a web browser. If the website works but the app does not, update the app from your app store.
- Log out and back in only as a last resort: during an outage, logins often fail and you can get stuck signed out.
- Clear the app cache (Android: Settings → Apps → Quora → Storage) or reinstall the app on iPhone.
- If posts or uploads fail, wait a few minutes before retrying so you don't create duplicates.
