What to do if Binance is not working
- Never retry a payment or transfer repeatedly. Check your balance and activity in Binance first, because pending transactions may already have gone through.
- Banking apps often go down for scheduled maintenance late at night and on weekends. Check Binance's website or social accounts for notices.
- Update the Binance app. Banks often block old app versions.
- If you can't log in, use the phone number on the back of your card. Never use a number from a search ad or a social media reply.
- Watch for scam messages that claim to be from Binance during outages. Binance will not ask for your password or one-time codes.

Is Binance down for everyone, or just me?

We connect to binance.com directly from our servers, so if our check works but Binance doesn't work for you, the problem is more likely your device, network or account. If our check fails, or reports have jumped in the last hour, Binance is probably having a wider outage.
Why does this page say Binance is up when it isn't working for me?
Our check confirms that binance.com is reachable and responding. An outage can still affect only part of Binance, such as logging in, the mobile app or a single feature, or only some regions. That's why visitor reports matter: when many people report problems at once, we flag Binance as having problems even if the website loads.
