What to do if VK is not working
- Pull down to refresh, then fully close and reopen the VK app.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If VK works on one but not the other, the problem is your network, not VK.
- Try VK in a web browser. If the website works but the app does not, update the app from your app store.
- Log out and back in only as a last resort: during an outage, logins often fail and you can get stuck signed out.
- Clear the app cache (Android: Settings → Apps → VK → Storage) or reinstall the app on iPhone.
- If posts or uploads fail, wait a few minutes before retrying so you don't create duplicates.

Is VK down for everyone, or just me?
Look at the status at the top of this page. We connect to vk.com directly from our servers, so if our check works but VK doesn't work for you, the problem is more likely your device, network or account. If our check fails, or reports have jumped in the last hour, VK is probably having a wider outage.
Why does this page say VK is up when it isn't working for me?
