What to do if AliExpress is not working
- If checkout fails, check your bank or card app before trying again so you don't get charged twice.
- Look in your email and order history before re-ordering. Orders often go through even when AliExpress shows an error.
- Clear your cart and add items again if prices or stock look wrong.
- Try the AliExpress app if the website fails, or the other way round.
- During big sales, AliExpress may put you in a virtual waiting room. Refreshing usually loses your place.
- Disable ad blockers on AliExpress if pages load without buttons or images.
