What to do if Tubi is not working
- Restart the device you're watching on (TV, streaming stick or console), not just the Tubi app.
- Run a speed test: HD needs about 5 Mbps and 4K about 25 Mbps. Lower the quality in Tubi if your connection is slow.
- Restart your router and modem. Unplug them for 30 seconds, then plug them back in.
- If only one title won't play, try another. A single-title error is usually a licensing or encoding issue, not an outage.
- Sign out of Tubi on the device and sign back in. This clears stale sessions and stuck profiles.
- Check that your subscription and payment method are still active in your Tubi account settings.

Is Tubi down for everyone, or just me?

We connect to tubitv.com directly from our servers, so if our check works but Tubi doesn't work for you, the problem is more likely your device, network or account. If our check fails, or reports have jumped in the last hour, Tubi is probably having a wider outage.
Why does this page say Tubi is up when it isn't working for me?
Our check confirms that tubitv.com is reachable and responding. An outage can still affect only part of Tubi, such as logging in, the mobile app or a single feature, or only some regions. That's why visitor reports matter: when many people report problems at once, we flag Tubi as having problems even if the website loads.
