What to do if Revolut is not working
- Never retry a payment or transfer repeatedly. Check your balance and activity in Revolut first, because pending transactions may already have gone through.
- Banking apps often go down for scheduled maintenance late at night and on weekends. Check Revolut's website or social accounts for notices.
- Update the Revolut app. Banks often block old app versions.
- If you can't log in, use the phone number on the back of your card. Never use a number from a search ad or a social media reply.
- Watch for scam messages that claim to be from Revolut during outages. Revolut will not ask for your password or one-time codes.
