What to do if Perplexity is not working

- Refresh the page or reopen the app to clear a stuck response, then resend your last message.

Why does this page say Perplexity is up when it isn't working for me?
Our check confirms that perplexity.ai is reachable and responding. An outage can still affect only part of Perplexity, such as logging in, the mobile app or a single feature, or only some regions.
