What to do if Imgur is not working
- Pull down to refresh, then fully close and reopen the Imgur app.
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If Imgur works on one but not the other, the problem is your network, not Imgur.
- Try Imgur in a web browser. If the website works but the app does not, update the app from your app store.
- Log out and back in only as a last resort: during an outage, logins often fail and you can get stuck signed out.
- Clear the app cache (Android: Settings → Apps → Imgur → Storage) or reinstall the app on iPhone.
- If posts or uploads fail, wait a few minutes before retrying so you don't create duplicates.
