What to do if Visible is not working
- Restart your modem and router: unplug both for 30 seconds, plug the modem in first, wait for it to connect, then the router.
- Check the lights on your modem. A blinking or red internet light usually means a Visible line or area outage.
- Sign in to the Visible app on mobile data. It can show outages at your address and estimated repair times.
- For mobile signal problems, toggle airplane mode, restart your phone, and check for a carrier settings update.
- If neighbours on Visible also have problems, it's an area outage. Ask Visible for a bill credit once it's fixed.
- Plug a computer directly into the modem with a cable to rule out a Wi-Fi problem in your home.

Is Visible down for everyone, or just me?
Look at the status at the top of this page. We connect to visible.com directly from our servers, so if our check works but Visible doesn't work for you, the problem is more likely your device, network or account. If our check fails, or reports have jumped in the last hour, Visible is probably having a wider outage.
Why does this page say Visible is up when it isn't working for me?
Our check confirms that visible.com is reachable and responding. An outage can still affect only part of Visible, such as logging in, the mobile app or a single feature, or only some regions. That's why visitor reports matter: when many people report problems at once, we flag Visible as having problems even if the website loads.
