What to do if Temu is not working
- If checkout fails, check your bank or card app before trying again so you don't get charged twice.
- Look in your email and order history before re-ordering. Orders often go through even when Temu shows an error.
- Clear your cart and add items again if prices or stock look wrong.
- Try the Temu app if the website fails, or the other way round.
- During big sales, Temu may put you in a virtual waiting room. Refreshing usually loses your place.
- Disable ad blockers on Temu if pages load without buttons or images.

Is Temu down for everyone, or just me?

We connect to temu.com directly from our servers, so if our check works but Temu doesn't work for you, the problem is more likely your device, network or account. If our check fails, or reports have jumped in the last hour, Temu is probably having a wider outage.
Why does this page say Temu is up when it isn't working for me?
Our check confirms that temu.com is reachable and responding. An outage can still affect only part of Temu, such as logging in, the mobile app or a single feature, or only some regions. That's why visitor reports matter: when many people report problems at once, we flag Temu as having problems even if the website loads.
