What to do if Peacock is not working
- Restart the device you're watching on (TV, streaming stick or console), not just the Peacock app.
- Run a speed test: HD needs about 5 Mbps and 4K about 25 Mbps. Lower the quality in Peacock if your connection is slow.
- Restart your router and modem. Unplug them for 30 seconds, then plug them back in.
- If only one title won't play, try another. A single-title error is usually a licensing or encoding issue, not an outage.
- Sign out of Peacock on the device and sign back in. This clears stale sessions and stuck profiles.
- Check that your subscription and payment method are still active in your Peacock account settings.

We connect to peacocktv.com directly from our servers, so if our check works but Peacock doesn't work for you, the problem is more likely your device, network or account. If our check fails, or reports have jumped in the last hour, Peacock is probably having a wider outage.
