What to do if ITVX is not working
- Restart the device you're watching on (TV, streaming stick or console), not just the ITVX app.
- Run a speed test: HD needs about 5 Mbps and 4K about 25 Mbps. Lower the quality in ITVX if your connection is slow.
- Restart your router and modem. Unplug them for 30 seconds, then plug them back in.
- If only one title won't play, try another. A single-title error is usually a licensing or encoding issue, not an outage.
- Sign out of ITVX on the device and sign back in. This clears stale sessions and stuck profiles.
- Check that your subscription and payment method are still active in your ITVX account settings.
