What to do if Evernote is not working
- Open Evernote in a private / incognito window. If it works there, clear your browser cache and cookies or disable extensions.
- Check your device's date and time are set automatically. A wrong clock breaks secure sign-ins.
- If Evernote sync is stuck, pause and resume syncing, or sign out of the desktop app and back in.
- Don't reset your password during an outage. Login errors are usually server-side and a reset won't fix them.
- Work offline where possible and keep local copies of anything urgent until Evernote is back.
- Check that your workplace or school account hasn't been signed out by an admin or security policy.
