What to do if Apple Music is not working
- Switch Apple Music to offline mode and play something you've downloaded. If that works, Apple Music can't reach its servers.
- Log out of Apple Music on all devices you're not using. Too many active sessions can stop playback.
- Check that Bluetooth or your speaker output is pointing to the device you expect.
- Clear the Apple Music cache in its settings, or reinstall the app if it keeps crashing.
- Free up storage on your phone. Downloads and caching fail silently when the device is almost full.
- Try the Apple Music web player. If the web player works, the problem is the app on your device.
